CHAIR:

Enrico Rullo, MBA

Enrico Rullo is a student at the DeGroote School of Medicine, McMaster University and has his MBA. He has worked as a research analyst in government relations at Ford and started a landscaping business called Son-For-Hire. His interests as they pertain to medicine are very general; he is especially drawn to high acuity situations. He likes to keep active, as a former varsity Water Polo player, swimming laps, playing soccer, and rolling in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He also has an aquarium which is a struggle.

Enrico is the founding chair of this committee since March 2020.

Diane de Camps Meschino, BSc(Hons) MD FRPC MCert (MD Leadership)

Diane de Camps Meschino is a Consultant Psychiatrist & Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry, University of Toronto. Her academic interests include leadership development in faculty and learners, trauma-informed healthcare, clinical/academic programme development, and health systems transformation.

A highlight of roles includes: Co-Chair Planning Committee NASKHO-TISLEP Joint Conferences 2018; Toronto International Summit on Leadership Education for Physicians (TISLEP) Planning Committee; Co-Chair Leader Role CBME Curriculum (Department of Psychiatry, University of Toronto); Co-founder Pause4Providers - providing mindfulness for HCP managing COVID-19; and Founder/Past Head, Reproductive Life Stages Programme (Mental Health Women's College Hospital).

Dr. Meschino is a founding member of Sanokondu & the Vice Chair of its Leadership & Governance Team.

Rahul Jayachandiran

Rahul Jayachandiran is a first year medical student at McMaster university. He enjoys watching anime, following the NBA and listening to podcasts in my spare time. He is really excited to be part of PQRRS and learn about the healthcare field from a broader perspective!

Geemitha Ratnayake

Geemitha Ratnayake is a first year medical student at McMaster. I grew up in Winnipeg, Manitoba before moving to Hamilton for undergrad and now medical school. I like good food, hikes in Hamilton's great trails to burn the calories from the food and love listening to music. Looking forward to learning more and meeting new people with the PQRRS initiative.

Talha Tahir

Talha Tahir is a second year medical student at the Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine. Talha is currently interested in pursuing psychiatry and his research interests include refugee mental health, public health and psychopharmacology. In his free time, Talha likes to watch the NFL, hang out with his conure, Chili, and try out Hamilton's restaurants.

Elisabeth Schlegel

Elisabeth Schlegel is an international trainer of clinician-educators and students, drawing from her backgrounds of science, business, and pedagogy. She is curious about new and innovative global fields in education and uses her role as a medical school faculty member in science education to develop and lead innovative programs aimed at improving the health of our organizations and communities.

Ming-Ka Chan, BSc (Psych) MD MHPE FRCPC

Ming-Ka Chan is a Clinician Educator and Associate Professor in the Department of Pediatrics and Child Health at the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Canada. She is currently the Co-Director, Office of Leadership Education, Rady Faculty of Health Sciences, and Director of the Shantou University Medical College-University of Manitoba Academic Exchange and EDI/Social Justice Lead, Department of Pediatrics & Child Health. She is the Co-Chair of the Canadian Association for Medical Education CLIME 2.0 leadership intensive.

Within Sanokondu, she is a founding member and is currently the Chair, Leadership and Governance Team, and the Communications Lead.
