Critical Dialogues Committee
The Critical Dialogues For Action (CDFA) Series began in Fall 2021. The CDFA Series is organized as a partnership between Sanokondu (www.sanokondu.com), the Equity in Health Systems (EqHS) Lab (www.eqhslab.com) and the Office of Leadership Education, Rady Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Manitoba. The sessions focus on creating a space for critical dialogues to occur on topics of equity, diversity, inclusivity and belonging (EDIB) for leaders who are health professionals and learners with the goal of supporting them locally and creating a global community of practice.
